Madison and Eric met back in college, and always had a passion for making things that people could enjoy. After years in the restaurant industry, they wanted to create something completely new. In the Winter of 2013 they came up with Winter Warmers, a Hot Chocolate Bar in New York City. After opening the store they quickly moved their focus to a dessert which they both liked all their life, S'mores.

 

As a Maine native, Madison always wanted to bring this love for marshmallows back home. Another two years passed from the opening of Winter Warmers and Eric and Madison teamed up once again to create The Marshmallow Cart. The two focused on using local ingredients to make the fluffy marshmallows representative of Maine, and had a goal of sending them around the country and letting everyone share in the joy of a quality s'more.
